The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) was conducted to gather data on the social and economic conditions of the community in Pasangkayu District. This survey aims to provide accurate and relevant information to support the formulation of more effective development policies.
The activity was directly supervised by the Head of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Pasangkayu, Chitra Dewi Said, who played an active role in ensuring the smooth conduct of the survey. Susenas took place on September 20, 2024, across several sub-districts in Pasangkayu, involving trained personnel conducting interviews with respondents.
This data collection is crucial for gaining a deeper understanding of community needs. "The data we collect will serve as the foundation for formulating targeted policies," stated Chitra. The survey process was conducted in a friendly manner to make respondents feel comfortable in providing the necessary information. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this survey will contribute to improving the quality of life for the people of Pasangkayu.
