BPS Pasangkayu Regency Holds FGD on Public Service Standards and Sectoral Statistics Development

In an effort to maintain and improve the quality of services, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pasangkayu Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Public Service Standards and Sectoral Statistics Development activities. This activity took place in the BPS Pasangkayu Regency Office Hall on Thursday (8/5), with the aim of ensuring the provision of excellent public services and strengthening coordination and the quality of sectoral statistical data in the region.

This FGD was attended by various stakeholders, including representatives of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), media, community organizations (ormas), academics, and statistical agents. The presence of participants from various backgrounds is real evidence of multi-party synergy in encouraging public services that are accountable, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the community.

Through this forum, BPS Pasangkayu Regency expects constructive input from participants as part of the evaluation process and improvement of the public service standards applied. On the other hand, sectoral statistics development activities aim to improve the understanding and capacity of institutions in producing and utilizing statistical data appropriately and sustainably.

The Head of BPS Pasangkayu Regency said that this FGD is a manifestation of BPS's commitment to continue to innovate and maintain service quality, while strengthening cross-sector collaboration in data-based development.
