This forum was also attended by the Chairman of the Pasangkayu DPRD Irfandi Yaumil, the Assistant Regional Secretaries, leaders and representatives of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), sub-district heads, village heads, and vertical agencies, including the Pasangkayu Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) represented by Young Expert Statistician Ahmad Pauji.
In his remarks, the Regional Secretary emphasized that this activity is part of the planning stages mandated by Permendagri Number 86 of 2017, especially Article 48 Paragraph 5, which requires public consultations to be carried out to gather suggestions and input from various elements of society. He also reminded that the preparation of the RPJMD must be completed no later than August 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Permendagri Number 2 of 2025.
"We encourage the active participation of all parties, including BPS, so that this RPJMD is truly designed based on accurate and relevant data," said Zain.
The presence of BPS Pasangkayu Regency in this forum is an important support for providing valid statistical data, which will be the main basis for determining the direction of development policies for the next five years.
This forum is also a momentum to strengthen collaboration between local governments, legislatures, and the community in formulating development planning documents that are inclusive, transparent, and oriented towards improving the welfare of Pasangkayu residents.
