BPS Pasangkayu Holds Online Roll Call: Maintaining Professionalism and Discipline in the Digital Era

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pasangkayu Regency held an online roll call on (17/3) as part of an effort to maintain coordination, discipline, and work enthusiasm in the office environment. This activity was attended by all BPS Pasangkayu employees via the virtual zoom platform.

In her remarks, the Head of BPS Pasangkayu Chitra Dewi Said said that the implementation of the Flexible Working Area (FWA) or flexible work arrangements ahead of Eid al-Fitr is an effective solution to maintain productivity while providing flexibility for employees in preparing for the holiday celebrations. However, I need to remind and emphasize that FWA is not a holiday. "The work system may be flexible, but the quality of service to the community must not be reduced and performance targets must still be achieved in accordance with organizational planning," said Chitra.

This online roll call is also a momentum for the leadership of BPS Pasangkayu to provide direction regarding the smooth running of various ongoing work programs, including strategic surveys that require intensive coordination. Employees are encouraged to maintain professionalism and accountability even though they are implementing a more flexible work pattern.

This online roll call is proof that innovation in the work system can still guarantee the effectiveness and performance of the organization, especially in facing important periods such as approaching Eid.
