Abstract

the Data Needs survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and levels of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents to the 2022 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services unit (PST) by face-to-face or coming directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter , websites, and online statistical services
