Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS-Statistics Indonesia to identify statistical data needs and measure consumer satisfaction levels regarding BPS data and services. The SKD has been carried out since 2005. Respondents for the 2025 SKD are consumers who received services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services (PST) unit, either through face-to-face interactions (visiting the PST unit in person) or non-face-to-face methods, including telephone, facsimile, email, mail, websites, or online statistical services.
