"To achieve organizational goals, it is necessary to appoint functional officials who need to be trained as well as possible, using a career system and work performance system, in order to create a government organization that is "poor in structure, but rich in function," said Chitra.
It is hoped that all functional officials who are inaugurated can continue to improve their competence and capacity, and can realize the core values of ASN with AKHLAK, namely Service Oriented (Happy to serve the interests of many people), Accountable (disciplined), Competent (completing tasks with good quality), Loyal (prioritizing organizational interests), Adaptive (Learning new things), Collaborative (Team Working).
Furthermore, Chitra emphasized that Functional Positions are a group of positions that contain functions and tasks related to functional services that are based on certain expertise and skills. "For the First Functional, you have been deemed to meet level 1 standards and are worthy of sitting at level 2 in ASN managerial competency," stressed Chitra.
