Abstract

  • The Room Occupancy Rate for Classified Hotels in Sulawesi Barat Province for the period May 2024 is 28.51 percent. The Room Occupancy Rate increased by 9.09 points compared to the April 2024 period which was recorded at 19.42 percent.
  • The Room Occupancy Rate for non-classified hotels or other accommodation in Sulawesi Barat Province for the period May 2024 is 19.67 percent. The Room Occupancy Rate increased by 3.16 points compared to the April 2024 period which was recorded at 16.52 percent.
  • The average length of stay for Indonesian guests for the May 2024 period at Classified Hotels was recorded at 1.06 days or a decrease of 0.02 points compared to the April 2024 period which was recorded at 1.08 days. Meanwhile, the average length of stay for foreign guests at Classified Hotels was 2.36 days, a decrease of 2.74 points compared to the previous period.
  • The average length of stay for Indonesian guests at Non- Classified Hotels in May 2024 was 1.11 days, a decrease of 0.03 points compared to the previous period. Meanwhile, the average length of stay for foreign guests in May 2024 at Non- Classified Hotels was recorded at 1.00 days or no change compared to the period in April 2024.
  • The average number of guests per Classified Hotel room in the May 2024 period was recorded at 2.08 people or a decrease of 0.04 points when compared to conditions last month. Meanwhile, the average number of guests per room in a Non-Star Classified Hotel in the May 2024 period was recorded at 1.96 people or a decrease of 0.04 points when compared to last month's condition which was recorded at 2.00 people.
