During October 2022 the export value of Sulawesi Barat Province reached US $ 48.24 million and no import activities

The export value of Sulawesi Barat Province in October 2022 reached US $ 48.24 million, down 6.40 percent compared to September 2022. Different conditions compared to October 2021 where there was an increase of 9.57 percent.

Animal/Vegetable Oil is a major export commodity in Sulawesi Barat Province during October 2022 with a contribution of 90.24 percent of the total exports of Sulawesi Barat Province.

China became the largest destination country for the export of Sulawesi Barat Province during October 2022 with a contribution of 72.75 percent. Cumulatively, the export value of Sulawesi Barat Province dropped by 23.94 percent, from US $ 511.84 million (January-October 2021) to US $ 389.30 million (January-October 2022).

During October 2022, imported activities in Sulawesi Barat Province were not recorded.

During the January-October 2022 period, the import value of Sulawesi Barat Province was recorded at US $ 2.85 million or an increase of US $ 1.15 million compared to the same period in the previous year which was recorded at US $ 1.70 million.
